30-Day Return Policy

Easy and Efficient Return Process:

At ZASILK, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of receipt for our silk products.

Return Conditions

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from receipt to decide if an item meets your needs.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
  • Pre-Approval Requirement: Items should not be sent back without prior approval from our team.
  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
  • No C.O.D. Returns: Returns sent using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service are not accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged: Items on clearance, Gift cards, Underwear and accessories such as face masks, eye masks, coverings, bras, and lingerie, Customized items.

Promotional Purchase Returns

  • For items purchased during promotions (like Buy More, Save More sales), the refund amount may be adjusted if the return changes the original discount tier.

Steps for a Successful Return

  2. Packaging: Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Dispatch: Send the package back via your local post office, please contact us to get our warehouse address.
  4. Confirmation: We will notify you once we receive and process the returned item.

Refund Procedure

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Sometimes more depending on the rules of the customer's bank
  • Adjustments for Promotions: Refunds for promotional purchases will be recalculated based on the promotional terms.
